I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Consultant (MA in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University) with 28 years experience.

Throughout my career I have worked in a number of mental health clinics including Community Healthlink, North Suffolk Mental Health Association and Arbour Counseling Services, helping families, children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of emotional and behavioral issues.

I have also provided counseling in schools pre-K to 8th grade, hospitals and community crisis programs. Through the Teacher Education Institute I taught three-credit graduate courses on “Resolving Conflicts in Schools and Classrooms.”

I am a member of MaMHCA (Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association) and LANES (League for the Advancement of New England Storytelling).

I enjoy being with my family and friends, making collages, dancing, swimming, gardening and reading.
